We also provide gas safety checks for landlord all over Ayrshire. These certificates are compulsory for landlords who are renting out their accommodation. We look after most of the larger property management companies in Ayrshire, such as Homesure, Core Properties, Directional Lettings, JC Roxburgh, CKD Galbraith, to name a few, but we also have many smaller landlords who maybe only have one or two properties in their portfolio. Currently we carry out about 7,000 Gas Safety certificates each year for our clients.
